General Terms & Conditions for Use of BOT Development and Data Extraction Services

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully as they create a legally binding agreement between you and AiScript. Please note, we offer our Services Suite across numerous websites. Your use of AiScript Services Suite may be provided by AiScript pursuant to a separate agreement. Those additional terms in the separate agreement become part of your agreement with us. Unless otherwise provided in a separate agreement, AiScript grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Services outcome for your own internal purposes during the term of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please immediately cease any use of AiScript Services.

1. Definitions

1.1 When we say “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in this document, we are referring to AiScript, the data scraping service provider.

1.2 When we say “Services”, we mean any product created and maintained by AiScript.

1.3 In the future, it is possible that we will make updates to these Terms of Service. Generally, these updates aim to provide clarification on certain terms by incorporating references to more detailed policies.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 We offer data scraping services to extract information from websites, online platforms, or other sources as agreed upon with the client.

2.2 The specific details of the data scraping service, including the scope, frequency, and deliverables, will be defined in a separate agreement or mutually agreed terms.

2.3 Data scraping involves pulling information out of a website and into a spreadsheet. To a dedicated data scraper, the method is an efficient way to grab a great deal of information for analysis, processing, or presentation.

3. Data Ownership and Usage

3.1 The client acknowledges that they own or have the necessary rights and permissions to access the data scraped from websites or online sources.

3.2 We do not claim ownership of the data scraped. However, the client grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the scraped data for the sole purpose of providing and improving our services.

4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

4.1 The client agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws, while using our services.

4.2 The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the use of our services and the scraped data is lawful and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Both parties agree to treat any non-public information obtained during the provision of services as confidential.

5.2 We will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the client's data and will not disclose it to any third party without the client's prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 We strive to provide accurate and reliable data scraping services. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the scraped data.

6.2 In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate the agreement for data scraping services upon written notice to the other party.

7.2 In the event of termination, the client will pay for any services rendered up to the termination date, and any outstanding fees or obligations will become immediately due.

8. Modification of Terms & Conditions

8.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying the client in writing.

8.3 Continued use of our services after any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India.

9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.

By using our data scraping services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
